My husband and I are quite laid-back by nature and he even forgot that we needed wedding rings for the big day. He found Larsen Jewellery very last minute and we’re so grateful for their amazing and flexible service. One of my wishes was to experience making our rings together, and Larsen made that possible. The whole experience was meaningful and memorable. Special thanks to Alex for being so clear, patient and helpful throughout the process. The staff who guided us during the ring-making session were also incredibly nice, patient and fun to work with. I’m sorry for forgetting your name, but we truly appreciate you. Jacinta and her team made our jewellery design journey completely seamless. We never once felt pressured in any direction, and Jacinta guided us thoughtfully through every design decision. The level of customer service, attention to detail in the design renders, and their willingness to work within our budget were truly unbeatable. Even when I decided to make changes to the design after it was completed, they handled it with total professionalism and kindness, incorporating the update beautifully into our wedding bands without any fuss. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Everything was perfect for the creation of our wedding and engagement rings. Jacinta was so knowledgeable and so wonderful to communicate with and even taught us about the differences between types of diamonds and gold, showing us computerised images so that we could make informed decisions on what we preferred. We asked for a tight deadline for our custom made rings and everything was done to provide us with our rings in our requested timeframe. The whole experience was lovely and we highly recommend Jacinta and Larson Jewellery for any jewellery you may wish to have made. We are very happy clients! :-)

Going with Larsen to create our engagement ring was the best decision we made! They provided such a supportive and helpful experience throughout the whole process. We connected with Fleur and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She expertly guided us through the ring customization process, and was able to translate our ideas into the perfect ring. I went with Celeste to have a custom ring designed for my fiancè, I visited quite a few jewellers around the city and within 5 minutes of meeting her, I knew this who I was going to go with (and the cost was pretty much on par with the far less personalised experience I got at other stores). She is a lovely person, a clear communicator and really truly loves what she does. Then there was the ring, it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. My partner thinks so too, I cannot recommend the services of Larsen enough. Don't waste time going to lots of places like I did, this is THE PLACE.

We had the pleasure of creating not only our wedding bands but engagement ring through fleur at Larsens, a simply stunning and easy process. She took away the stress of the entire process and was not only highly professional but kept us up to date throughout the entire ring making process from design to picking clarity 3D mockups to the end product we cannot thank larsens and fleur enough as without them our rings without have been as spectacular as they are!

We can’t thank our jeweller, Alex, enough for such a genuine and easy experience from start to finish. He was honest and transparent through every step, especially with pricing. We chose a lab diamond with the best specs, and ever since we got engaged, I’ve been getting non-stop compliments. Couldn’t recommend Alex and Larsen Jewellery more, the team actually knows jewellery design, not just sales.

We bought our gorgeous wedding pieces from Celeste at Larsen. Celeste helped my husband create a custom engagement ring using a diamond from his mum’s first engagement ring. She also (along with Fleur!!) helped us with our wedding bands and wedding jewellery. Could not have had a better experience!!
